Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
  • Celery hearts, 2 or 3 little ones
  • 1 banana, peeled and chunked
  • 12 strawberries
  • 2 cups of water
  • Fill the blender to the top with Ice

Instructions

  1. Zap it all together for about 1-1/2 minutes on high in the Vita-Mix until it’s a texture that you like.
  2. If you have to use a regular blender, then dice up all of the recipe ingredients and use crushed ice!!
