This colorful sweet and tangy salad is fast and easy to make. It’s a beautiful addition to a brunch buffet. Any type of berry is a good addition to this salad. Add some blueberries or blackberries. I’ve also added chopped dates. Dates blend well with the pineapple juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cantaloupe, peeled and seeded, chunked into bite size pieces
  • 12 Strawberries cut in quarters
  • 1 cup of Green Grapes, sliced in half
  • 1 cup of Red Seedless Grapes, sliced in half
  • 1 can of Crushed Pineapple in Pineapple Juice
  • ½ cup of Walnut pieces

Instructions

  1. Toss it all of the fruit together in a large bowl.
  2. The Pineapple juice becomes the dressing.
  3. Chill for a few hours before serving.
  4. Top with Walnuts when you serve the salad.
