  • 3 cups of Spinach
  • 1 large hand full of Red Radicchio Lettuce
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 of a can of Red Kidney Beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1/2 of a can of sliced Hearts of Palm, rinsed & drained
  • 1 large hand full of Broccoli Slaw (no dressing)
  • 1 large hand full of shredded Carrots
  • 2 tbsp. of Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Serve with Sesame Ginger Dressing.


  1. Toss all of the ingredients together.
  2. Serve with Sesame Ginger Dressing on the side.
