Ingredients

  • 1 pound of raw Green Beans
  • 1 tbsp. of Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. of Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 cup of Slivered Almonds

Instructions

  1. Clean green beans.
  2. Trim off ends and loose strings.
  3. Slice in smaller pieces.
  4. Put olive oil and kosher salt in a glass baking pan.
  5. Add the cleaned wet green beans to the roasting pan.
  6. Toss to coat the beans with the olive oil and kosher salt mixture.
  7. Roast in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  8. Pull the green beans out of the oven.
  9. Add 1-1/2 ounces of water.
  10. Stir and flip the green beans in the pan to keep all of them moist.
  11. Return the pan to the oven for 10 more minutes.
  12. Remove from the oven.
  13. Toss Almonds with cooked Green Beans.
